Welcome to the Youth Football Development Federation , Our aim is to bring new life into grassroots football and the emerging gap into academy football which after a 3-year research , and the founder 40 yrs in the game at all levels , and numerous conversations with other people in the game at grassroots and higher level a change is needed. The federation has two opportunities that players can participate , they are our festival days running from May – August , and our leagues which are split into two periods , Autum / Winter and then Winter /Spring . The federation is focused on the Development of players and more importantly the Coach`s development without any discrimination . We want to take the parents on a different journey with their child to enjoy the game in surroundings that promotes friendship , socialising and the wellbeing of their child. This federation is inspired by people that in the past has had their own children in the game , and with their own eyes they have seen little change , still no referees to officiate matches, not enough funding , very little respect on the side line , we wish to tackle those issues and many more by having a voice and a place that grassroots are more important Than the premiership and the players that get thousands of pounds but not enough channelled back into grassroots.
